The Platform technology is provided by Patthana Technology Pvt. Ltd. Patthana acts as a data processor under our instructions, and this Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your data across all LISF programmes.

• Stop sharing your data — You can ask us to stop using your data at any time. Talk to your coordinator. We will stop, unless the law says we must keep it.
• See your data — You can ask to see all the information we have about you. Talk to your coordinator to ask for this.
• Fix wrong information — If your information is wrong or incomplete, you can ask us to fix it. Tell your coordinator.
• Delete your account — You can ask us to delete your account and your data. Talk to your coordinator or email info@leapindia.org with your phone number and say “Delete my account.” We will do this in 14 days.
• Turn off AI advice — You can ask us to stop giving you AI business advice and still use the app. Talk to your coordinator to change this.
• Get your data as a file — You can ask for your data in a format you can use elsewhere. Talk to your coordinator.
• Make a complaint — If you think we did something wrong with your data, tell your coordinator or email info@leapindia.org.

8. What are your duties as a user of the Platform?

• Do not impersonate another person or provide false information.
• Provide verifiably authentic information when updating or correcting your data.
• Do not use the Platform if you are below 18 years of age.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users on the Platform.

9. Deletion of account and user information

If you wish to delete your account and all associated information, email us at info@leapindia.org with the subject ‘Delete my account’ and include your login phone number. We will process this request within 14 business days. Note: Some data may be retained for legal or research purposes if anonymized.

10. What is our data retention policy?

Your personal data is retained as long as your account is active on the Platform. If you delete your account, we retain anonymized and aggregated data for research and program evaluation purposes, but your personally identifiable information is removed.
